We had a great stay in this hotel near the airport. The location was perfect as it was very close to the airport but also close to the cable car station from which we could go directly to the downtown. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for us and gave us suggestions for what to do during our one day stay in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the facilities were new and cozy. The breakfast was also delicious.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Rooms in Gran Copacabana were very clean. This was a comfortable stay and we will be back.

The hotel had a convenient location close to both the airport and the cable car station, with easy access to the downtown area. the staff gave helpful tips and were accommodating, offering tea and water in the rooms. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft mattresses and luxury fittings.

There was some difficulty in adjusting the shower to obtain hot water, and the toilet was located on the far side of the shower which required shoes to avoid getting socks wet.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds, perfect for a relaxing stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the price.

Great location for easy access to transportation, with friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable giving me a good night's sleep along with the cozy and clean environment. The bathroom was properly cleaned and maintained, with the shower temperature being nice and hot.

The room was extremely cold with broken heating, making it hard to use any other part of the room besides under the heavy blankets. despite requesting it, fewer toiletries and tools were at my disposal than I had hoped for.

Great location, just a short drive from the airport and close to the city center. the room was sparkling clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful, and provided me with useful information about the area. I also enjoyed the complimentary tea and water kettle in my room.

There was no heater in the room and the temperature was quite cold. Luckily, the staff did provide me with a portable heater upon request.
